You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at tattoo@annaraddytattoo.online or call +91-7845129630. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun.

2. Return Policy

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrect (not matching what was ordered).
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
• Products that have been opened, applied, or used are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Refund Policy

If your return is approved:

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any damage to the product not caused by us.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

• We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper application, misuse, or failure to follow application instructions.
